Only vacation pay that has been paid is EI insurable, so you cannot submit unpaid vacation.

These message is showing up 

"these employees cannot be included in your bulk roe file because roe web will not accept them"

So when I issue the final cheque and I unclick the retain vacation and calculation, it didn't accept then I went back and clicked again on them. It is kept saying about the pay period and cheque date. 

All the other employees were accepted except 4.

Is there something wrong with encoding or decoding?
