Does a method exist to email employees' pay stubs in batches even without the payroll cheque run feature?

    Thanks for your question. The main way to email paystubs in batches is to set up each employee profile with a check mark to allow "Direct deposit paycheques" as specified in KB 12062 on How to email a paystub

    The following screenshot of an employee in the sample company is below. They are set up for DD.

    So now if going to "Payroll Check Run" the option to email the paystub is available to be check marked.

    Our blog on Paystub portal integration options for Sage 50 CA lists some 3rd party options like InStaff.

    Sage Accounting Cloud  users now also have the option of using Sage Payroll to manage payroll with confidence. Sage Accounting Cloud️ is equivalent in features to Sage 50 CA's Pro edition and is fully cloud based.️
