Payroll Ledger Entitlements and Paid Sick Leave - please help, how to use this entitlement?

We are expecting to have Paid Sick Leave in Ontario.

Law enforcement will come after the parliament approval, but the premier had said Ontarions will get extra pay on top of Federal benefit.

I am thinking it will be about the same as 2018 Jan - June rule, when Ontario had "paid 3 sick leave" to all types of employees. The rule was scrapped in 6 months, but I am expecting the come back coated with covid supports.

Now I want to be prepared.

How Can I use Payroll Ledger, "Entitlements" on each employees?

There are box for "the number of hours in the work day:"

Also there are columns . "Name", "Track Using % Hours Worked", "Maximum Days", "Clear Days at Year -end", "Net days Accrued".

Even when this was created for people in different regions, not for people in Ontario, I would like to know how to use this effectively.

Can someone help me to understand how this is used, this can be used?
