missing payroll

Question

I have missing payroll. If I look up the last payroll entry it is missing. If I search by Employee through Employee Detail page it shows up. I use the Ontario Payroll calculator to verify my entries and I am off. I have done my update for 2021.2

 If it shows up in your Employee Detail Report then you should be able to look it up. When looking up sometimes the dates do not align to your transaction dates, so consequently the lookup does not find what you are looking for. Hope this answers your question!
