Payroll update

I did the first payroll cheque but it says that the payroll formulas are from 2020 and yet I put in and updated the payroll id

What version of Sage 50 are you using? Go to Help / About Sage 50 Near the top it should read Sage 50 Version 2021.1 in order for the payroll tables to be current for 2021. (There is an option for Version 2020.3) If neither of these are showing the update has not succeeded.

If the version appears correct then check the date you are using for the Pay Date, it must be a 2021 date.
