Hi GammaDi:

Simply go into the paycheque area for the employee owed the vacation, go to the Vacation tab and enter the amount owed for vacation under the Vacation paid line under Amount for This Period section.

Thank you Agate....I was trying to enter it into the amount owed so I would not forget to pick this up.  I will keep a note in his file so that when I pay out his vacation I will just add it as you have suggested above.

I'm back ...I paid the 732.00 by itself deducting taxes owing, however, the system now thinks that I gave him an advance on his holiday pay and is showing it as a credit now.  When I paid the 732.00, I was not able to enter an amount in the "Vacation Owed" cell so I think this is what has caused this new problem.  somehow I have to let the system know that he actually is owed this amount.  Please see my screen shot.

Modify this pay cheque so that you enter the 732 into vacation earned.  This will set it to zero

Thank you....gosh,I kept trying to enter into the Vacation Owed but it wouldn't allow anything into that cell. I finally wised up and tried the Vacation earned and Voila!! fixed. I appreciate you and Agates patience with me.
