I do not use Simply to direct deposit my payroll. But I would like to email paystubs to the staff. Why is this option not available or where do I go to have this option.
Did you ever find an answer to this? I am in the same boat, don't have Sage set up for direct deposit but I still want to email the paystubs through it. Thanks!
If payroll is included with your Sage product then you can email paystubs. Just select the employee profile, click on the Direct Deposit tab, tick the Direct Deposit box and enter fake account nbrs.
This will allow you to email the paystubs to employees. One word of caution tho - you should have written confirmation from employee that you are allowed to email his paystubs to him/her.
