Just switched to a new server, and everyone in the office has lost important functionality. It used to be that if we displayed the Windows properties of any .sai file, in addition to the usual General, Security, Detail, and Previous Versions tabs, there was a special Sage 50 tab that listed the version, company name, fiscal year, and most recent using date. Very, very useful information in a busy accounting office with people dropping off data sets in Simply 2012 through Sage 50 2016 on a routine basis.
I have tried talking to Sage 50 support and been told that this extra tab does not exist, or perhaps it is a Windows thing and not a Sage thing at all even though the label of the tab is "Sage 50".
Can anyone tell me how to get this tab back?
