Looking for a handheld to read Barcodes

A USB 'Wedge' scanner works just like an additional keyboard.  If the plug fits into the computer it will probably work.  Point it at a barcode and pull the trigger, it will send what it reads just like it had been typed into a keyboard.

Do I need a new module for the Barcode

Sage 50 can't print barcodes of any kind.  Even a '3 of 9' code requires putting an asterisk on each end of the text string which could be done in Crystal Reports up to 2014.2 but since removed.  You would need additional software to print barcodes.

Any 'Wedge' scanner will read a UPC or other bar-code, if you add the UPC code somewhere in the description, or you use it as the entire item code, just tab to the field and scan.  If you make your own barcodes, use your item codes.

print invoices (On site of sales) and the upload to Sage 50

Sage 50 isn't a full point-of-sale system as it comes 'out of the box', but yes it will print an invoice.   If you mean to ask if there are point-of-sale software systems that integrate with Sage 50, yes.  Some are listed on the Sage website, a google search would probably find even more.
