When I go into set up - reports and forms - and want to create a change, the bottom portion of the screen does not show on my lap top screen, so I am unable to make/save any changes. This problem only happens in the report option screen. My laptop is a 15" wide screen windows 7.

Could it be that you did not notice the right side of your screen, where you can have the final page?
Here is a snapshot of the right side where Final page is chosen
and there is also that slide that can go down (medium gray square just left to Show on my pic.)
