No Principal Bank Account in Drop Down List

I am setting up a new company. In Settings > Vendors & Purchases > Linked Accounts > Principal Bank Account there are no options to choose from in the Drop Down List.

I have changed my bank account class options in the Chart of Accounts > Class Options as Bank and then Cash but neither works.

Help!

If you let the wizard do the setup of your chart of accounts, then it would already be there. Bank class should make it show up on the list, so should Cash. Make sure the account you are changing is part of the Assets (eg. account 1060 or typically any other account number starting with 1).

if everything is grayed, you must be in multiuser mode, switch to single user
