I can not find my data or company file...even the back ups have disappeared....

I used Sage50 Pro. I have 2013 data entered and backed up many times. I have 1/2 my 2014 entered (yes this is behind for 2015 lol), which I closed and did a back up at 8:30 am.

At 9:00 am, I opened a 2012 file to print some reports. When I closed, I did no back up. When I opened the program at 2:00 pm, the box opened that said open last worked on, which showed the 2012 file. I clicked the select and existing company...and it brings me up a blank box...all my other word docs, exel etc I can find...but the Sage files are all empty....even my back up file....now, the real kicker is that I have a Seagate back up pugged in that is on continuous back up...so even my back ups should show on it...but nothing...my Seagate shows NO saj or cab files for Sage. No Sage files at all. Anywhere.

Has anyone else ever had this happen? Right now I am ready to take a hammer to my computer...that is one full year and 1/2 year lost...over 100 hours of work....
