Yes, some vendor information can be exported using the File, Import/Export menu.

All reports can be exported in the format you see them on screen.

Virtually all information will have to be manipulated to the proper format of the third party program.

Can you trigger export automatically?

Like when Vendor is created, automatically export vendor to AWS or something.

No there is no automatic exporting triggered by Sage 50.  It is all driven through menus and is limited to the formats already built into the program.  I used to have a program that triggered reporting based on posting entries but it was part of my third-party program, not part of Sage 50 (Simply Accounting at the time).
