We are working away from base and I need to update my hubby laptop. He has Sage 50 2015 Cloud, Windows 10. I uninstalled the Sage software successfully, however, it still shows up in his file directory. I do have the new version downloaded for 2020 but it will not install because the 2015 is still in his C:/program files. Can someone please help me?

I had about 17 versions of the program on my computer when I installed 2020.0. The fact that an older version is on your computer should not prevent a newer version from installing. Newer versions are…

I had about 17 versions of the program on my computer when I installed 2020.0. The fact that an older version is on your computer should not prevent a newer version from installing. Newer versions are always installed to different directories by default and you don't need to uninstall older versions to install the newer ones.

Could you let us know what the error message is? Have you found the error message in the Knowledgebase?
