Error Message - Duplicate Entry

I'm running with Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2021.1.1 version.

I haven't been able to create a new inventory ID since last month, and the manager has had a problem from today.

When I go into create a new Stock ID, show up this message: "You have entered a value that has been assigned to another record. You cannot have two records with the same value.".

We tried to solve the problem through the link below, but all failed.

Please help if anyone could give advise or instructions.

The most common cause of this error in the inventory module is a duplicate name and/or inventory ID. These two items make up the key for searching the inventory listing. If you export the inventory listing using any report, as long as you get all of the items, and then do a sort for each of the two criteria you should be able to identify that reason for the error.

    Thank you for your answer.

We tried many ways and times for solve this issue.

At first, the system admin account had the same problem, but now it has been fixed, and other accounts still have problems.
