Needing Individual T4s in PDF Version Saved on My Computer

I am trying to covert the XPS file of all T4s into a PDF, so I can split the document and pull the individuals slips to save them on my computer. We are a college and need to upload them individual to the student portal per work study student.

I am trying to use Adobe Acrobat DC but it says that this file not supported.

PLEASE HELP.

The best work around for this would be to print the employee T4s to a PDF printer and save the file. I use CutePDF to print when I require the output to be PDF and not paper. By installing this free printer you just have to select it in the Printer selection drop down menu.
