closing law office per ARDC regulations

I am closing the law office and the ARDC regulations say that I have to keep all data for 7 years. I have more then one computer and need all the data on one computer. I have had trouble from the beginning linking the computer together and now since the ARDC has instrusted me to keep all data together and I found out that the data is not linked on the computers. I purchased the Saga Timeslips 2011 for 3 computer to be linked. Does anyone know how I can get the data linked together or to get the data for one computer to the main computer.
