Connection Manager not found - Network , Computer 2

Still having problems with Connection Manager not found.  I uninstalled Sage, reinstalled and it worked for a day.  Posted this over a month ago but no help.  I have googled what I can but not a tech person so some fixes seem over my head.   Windows 10.  Sage 50 Prem. 2017.2.  I know it is not the updated version but it is what we have been working with.

    Possibly the Connection Manager is not running on the server where the data is stored, or possibly it is, but the workstation couldn't find it (firewall)
