When repeatedly attempting to install the 2014 trial version, the InstallShield Wizard crashes after the reboot during the setup process due to an unhandled exception install error 0x80040702 caused by a failure to load configlib.dll.
Using Microsoft FixIt utility (formerly Windows Installer CleanUp Utility) suggested in a previous post as a solution for a Reg32 0x80040702 install error did not resolve the problem.
Help needed ASAP, please...I must familiarize myself with the program for a new job that begins Monday morning (in three days). Thank you.
