Thanks for reaching out, apologies for the delay. Access to Additional Reports went away as of the 2014.3 version of Sage 50 CA when I believe we lost the license to use Crystal Reports (therefore, could no longer integrate it). I remember SAP being the owner who sold it off. 

KB 32644 provides further details including that Crystal Reports was replaced by Sage 50 Designer Forms.

Resolution steps:

• To ensure that customers can only select valid Report and Form options, the options, where they exist, for selecting Crystal Report forms for printing or email will be eliminated.
• Those limited number of customers who were using Custom Crystal Report forms will find that their selections for Custom forms have been changed to a Custom Sage 50 form.
• Customers should review and confirm the type of form that they are using because they may not know if they are using Custom Crystal Report forms.
• Customers who are using Custom Crystal Report forms now, should review the available Sage 50 Forms as soon as possible in the event that they need to revise their Sage 50 Forms prior to the Sage 50 2014 June update.

Step 1: Review and confirm the type of form I am using

• If you are certain you are not using Crystal Reports forms, then there is nothing to do. Stop here.
• If you unsure if you are currently using custom Crystal Reports forms:
  1. Review the forms settings currently in use.
     • See article 32631 on how to review.
  2. You will need to change them to Sage 50 forms prior to the Sage 50 Accounting 2014 June update (2014.3).

Step 2: For each form that uses a Crystal Reports form, select a Sage 50 Custom form.

1. Try printing (or emailing) the Sage 50 form that has been selected. 
2. If the form needs additional customization, try selecting an alternative Sage 50 form that comes closer to meeting your requirements. .
3. If you still need further customization, see article 10084 on how to customize a Sage 50 form. 
4. If it doesn't meet your needs, then see article 32636 for your Crystal Reports options.

However, my question is specifically related to Sage Intelligence Reporting.

The Sage Intelligence community no longer exists having been replaced by Sage City.
https://www.sageintelligence.com/report-utility/ only has additional reports for these products:

There's nothing for Sage 50 CA

Apologies for the delay. Just followed up and see that that the team did advise that: 

Due to Sage 50 Canadian Edition being on an older version of Intelligence, it never received the Report Utility which is why there isn’t an option for this and it's no longer listed on the https://www.sageintelligence.com/report-utility/  site.

No word yet on upcoming changes. Sage 50 CA's major updates take place in July and January typically.
