Does Sage 50 Desktop Accountants version integrate with Office 365 and Intelligence reporting features?

I bought the connector from Sage and am using the right version of Office 365 but nothing but "subscription not available errors"??? Any thoughts where to go next?

Where does this error appear? Within excel or the sage intelligence report manager?
