The sysadmin user for Intelligence Reporting is changing hardware (new laptop). The license manager application for Intelligence Reporting only recognizes sysadmin's old hardware and the sysadmin user is not able to run reports. How do we transition the sysadmin profile to new hardware? We are using Sage 50 Premium Accounting.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
