We are tech support for a Sage 50 canadian edition client. Everything I've read say it should be activated automatically.

I have updated from Sage 50 2015 to Sage 50 2016 on server which installed the Connection Manager.

It successfully installed but activation was requested or it would only work for 15 days.

All account, serial number and Company names were entered but got a pop up screen saying there was no internet connection?

However I was installing update remotely (via RDC) and was very sure internet connection was working!

Will I still have to activate Connection Manager? How do I activate after leaving activation screen and running service in temporary 15 day license?
