Restoring a backup

I am having difficulty restoring a backup from either dropbox or free agent goflex.  When I go into Files - Restore , the box that pops up does not show a browse button and the writing on the right hand side is cut off.  I am unable to enlarge the screen and proceed.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

    Hi T.O.,

    If you screen gets cut off, it is related to your DPI and resolution setup in your computer.

    You can go to Control Panel, Display. 

    Please make sure your text (DPI) is set to 100%.

    if the size of the text is too small, you can adjust screen resolution.  A Small resolution means you see less but bigger object.
