2017 Canadian installation CD or files needed.

Sage is saying they don’t keep anything that old. I have my data but a new laptop  Can anyone help me?

    Hi Wayne: 

    Yes, we have the Sage 50 Canadian install files. Sage only keeps the current year and the previous years install files on their servers. We provide this service for a fee. You must have your client ID#, and serial number to use the software. In some cases if you do not have that information we may be able to obtain the codes. Please let us know which version you are using E.G. 2018.2, etc..

    If you have a version prior to Sage 50 2016 it was not built to operate with Windows 10. We can not be responsible for any issues if you are using Windows 10 with any older Simply or Sage 50 products dated prior to the 2016 versions. To date however, very few clients if any, have had any issues using older software with Windows 10 and 11.

    If you want to proceed please provide us with your company name and address information and telephone number for billing purposes; we will bill you and once we have received a valid credit card or an e-mail money transfer the installation files will be sent to you. For e-mail money transfers they can be auto-deposited through our e-mail address [email protected] from your bank.

     On the bright side if you still have access to the data on your crashed or old computer you may still have the install files. Look for the Sage folder on your root drive C:\. Inside this folder you should find your install files. In another location on your computer it may be located here C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download. I am available for assistance if needed but for a fee. I hope this helps!
