Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer to your question? We just updated this article yesterday regarding the error message for C++ version 2012 that you received. Basically, sometimes this is already installed and so appears to fail. 

If during Sage 50 version 2023.0 install, you selected Yes to continue with the installation and the installation completes without issue, then you have nothing to worry about.

If the issue persists, then please see Option 1 and 3 in the article.
