Under Setup, Settings, Payroll, Linked Accounts, Incomes did you link the new Income fields to a general ledger expense account?  If not, the program doesn't know where to send the money so it will not let you use it.

Three parts need to be activated for the new income to show on a paycheque.

1) A name has to be entered for the Income under Setup, Settings, Payroll, Incomes or Setup, Settings, Payroll, Names, Incomes & Deductions.

2) A linked account has to be setup and linked under Setup, Settings, Payroll, Linked Accounts, Incomes.

3) On an individual employee's ledger on the Incomes tab a check mark has to appear in the Use column next to the income.

The only reason I can see it not showing, is the Name is not there but if the name is not there, you can't link it.

If this doesn't help, can you show me the three setup screens indicated above with the proper fields showing?

Are you sure you are using the same employee on the paycheque?  You show a Bonus field checked off in the last image in your post above?  But I don't see the Bonus field either in your paycheque column image?

Your setup looks ok so I am going with wrong employee?

You have me stumped and I really hate it when that happens.  The only thing that makes sense at this point doesn't make sense.  And that is when you edited the employee and put the checkmarks in the Use column, you didn't save the changes.  But then you would have seen that when you went back in to take the image, and that is why it doesn't make sense.

Can you see the fields on any other employee if you check off their Use column?

I am afraid I would have to see your file first hand to be able to attempt to figure this out.

Sorry to jump in here,  have you check Setup, Setting, Payroll, Link account, see if you have Expense Group enabled?  if yes, see if you have link accounts there for the incomes.

As we are dealing with termination and severance has the employee already been marked as terminated?

I just did a quick test and you can still do a paycheque for a terminated employee as long as you have not set them inactive.
