Upgrading from pro to business start

Question

I do not know much about Sage Business Cloud Accounting (Start?). Is this a viable alternative to Simply Pro? And can the Simply files be updated?

Hi bcbill: 
 Sage Business Cloud Accounting(SBCA) is an alternative to Simply Pro, however, it does not have all of the features of Simply Pro. Simply files can be converted to SBCA. In addition, if you upgraded to Sage 50 Pro or higher you can upload transactions with SBCA to Sage Pro or higher. You can also convert to SBCA from Sage 50 Pro or higher with limitations.
