I don't use bank feed but am aware that some banks make changes and don't tell anyone, or they require password changes frequently. Recently there were problems with Desjardins and Scotia Bank but I believe both have been resolved. What bank are you trying to connect to? Do you connect to any other banks?

Hopefully with knowing that you use TD someone who also uses TD might be willing to share experiences.
Like I indicated already, I don't use the bank feeds but from other bank connects I do use I know that many problems, not all, are caused by the banks changing their own systems. With the many banks and credit unions being used and each has their own programs being updated frequently it must be hard for the accounting software to keep up. Yes, there are some problems that are to be laid right at Sage's door but not all. I have no solution or work around just some sympathy for the people using Bank Feeds. Sage support may already know of the issues but many times it is one of us users who advise them first. Using chat gets through quicker and also the call back systems does work. I have used both of these.
