Over the years I have reached out to Sage Chat for assistance. I have found lately that my question take a long time to get responded to and the answers are very generic, seems they always have to reach out to someone else. Is there a way to shorten the log in process to start CHAT.
I wish there was a representative I could contact with all my concerns and issues. My wish list of things for Sage are not big ticket items and have wondered why over the years many of the suggestion ideas posted have not been implemented.
Price List for Customers
Price List for Supplies does not update purchase price if I update a supplier invoice
Better reporting for all applications
Allow Credit Card information to be stored in the credit card tab, even if you do not use this application.
Allow Customer invoices to be paid via Pay Now / Paypal for Canadian Customers
Not able to use many of the feature due to some of the restriction per above
Customer Master - be able to add a new ship to on the fly, instead of having to exit the sales invoice, go into master files , add then go back to sales invoice.
Customer Master ship to- if you have several ship to and you pick one, the name of the ship to does not appear on the invoice, the name of the mailing address shows'. This always requires us to delete that name and retype. Many errors made due to this.
Posting receipts - show only customers who owe money
Search - search fields are not consistent within Sage ie Customer master - no idea what the option even do, have to scroll thru so many to find name, then the drop down menu you select the name and it never take you to it???
Many , many more - I have submitted to the suggestions box but can't say I have seen any implemented.
What is best route to get some of these looked at.
