This could be related to the dating issues in Sage 50 Versions 2018 and earlier. You have not indicated which Version of Sage 50 you are using. If it is an older version try changing the date to a four digit year from the two digit format. If this does not work try giving a few more details such as the full version and any recent changes you have made to Sage 50 and/or your operating system.

Thank you for your reply. I did discover that CIBC has, on the online banking, a download transaction  button that you can send to sage. I had only received my bank feed through sage's "get transactions" Clicking on my CIBC accounts download transactions worked and sent to my sage!

Even though my suggestions were not helpful I am pleased that you found a way to continue getting the bank transactions downloaded. I should try bank feeds at some time, maybe a goal for 2021.
