need keycode

Question

Hello, I had to replace a pc that had Sage on it and when I reinstalled sage I entered the Account ID and Serial number, however it is asking for a Key code and I am not sure what that is. Is there a way I can find out what the Key code is?

 How to access product codes on the Sage Customer Portal Resolution: 
 To access product codes on the Sage Customer portal 
 
 Go to https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/ 
 Select Logon (Sign Up) on the top right of the page. 
 
 See KB 16154 for information on how to create an account.

Enter Username and Password in the Customer Portal Logon section 
 Click Logon 
 Once logged in, see the top left area and select Activation Codes > Details 
 See the dropdown menu near the middle to Select Product 
 A grey table will display your codes. Use the Email or Print buttons to acquire a copy.
