Hi there,

I recently uploaded Sage 50 2021 version on a new computer, the files that I have saved are from 2018 version, what do I need to be able to open the files in the 2021 version?

When you open Sage 50 2021 and get the Welcome screen use the Select an Existing Company option. The next screen will let you locate your file and you are looking for the .SAI file. Click on it to open and the conversion should take place.

If you have a current backup you could use the option to Restore from a Backup.
