I would imagine your auto download feature has been turned off. Start Sage 50 and open your company, go to the Help menu, click on About Sage 50, click on Support Info, then click on Modify Product Update Settings and check the boxes for Automatically Download Product Updates and Automatically Install Product Updates, then click Save and exit out of the help menu. This will turn on the Updates feature. Leaving Sage 50 open, the updates should download if you are connected to the web. I am not sure whether this will work because the Sage 50 2021 package has just been released making your product at least 2 years old. Sage may or may not have your update available.
