Sage 50 Connection Manager should not disappear even with a Windows 10 update. You should be able to find it in the bottom right corner of your task bar. Double click the icon which looks like a piece of paper with a blue circle with a graph inside. In the Connection Manager box double click on the box Start Service. The other way to find it is to go the Windows start button, find the folder called Sage and open it, inside you will find the Sage Connection Manager item, double click on it to open the Connection Manager. If the Connection Manager has disappeared you may have to re-install Sage 50.
