The short answer is yes as long as you understand what a Sage 50 "file" is.  (*.sai file and *.saj folder)

The easiest way to do this is 

1. Open the program and select the file from the server location (log into the file as normal but use single-user mode if you are using a version higher than Pro)
2. Select File, Save As
3. Point the file to the c: drive location on the new computer you wish to use as the location for the data files.
4. Give it an appropriate name (I would use the same name as the original so all users don't have to learn anything new)
5. Hit OK.

I would normally create a directory like c:\Sage 50 Data to store the file in.

Your workstation already has the Sage 50 Connection Manager installed on it.

Now if other users will be accessing the file on the new computer, make sure you open c:\Sage 50 Data as a shared drive resource and the other users should redirect their drive resource to the new location (or someone should do that for them on their computers).

Have each user test to make sure all forms print properly and if not, go through Setup, Reports & Forms and check the location and filename of each form used and make sure it is copied from the original location to the new appropriate location on the new computer.

If you have attached any documents saved on the old server to any journal entries, they need to be moved to the appropriate location on the new computer as well or you will get errors trying to open them.
