Sage 50 Canadian 2020.2 update. Unable to share company data

This update is a nightmare, as is Sage 50 Platinum support. I have companies that I had to restore the data on the desktop and cannot reshare.  I have been on hold with support numerous times and was cut off 4 times today without being able to speak with anybody. How can I get this fixed? I have other issues too but I really need to share these companies.

  • I fell your pain as I am going through the same thing.  One thing that I am thinking about trying, is if you haven't uninstalled any of the older version sage, try opening the the back up or the last file that you can, make a copy of that file, stop sharing it with the older version, then try opening it with the newest version which will convert the data.  If you can open the file, then start sharing this one to see if it works.
