The most likely cause is the back up location. Check where the back up file is stored. If it is going to the .saj folder then that is the problem as every time you do a backup it includes the full .saj folder and the .sai file. Change the location of where your back up files .cab are stored. and then move the .cab files in the .saj folder to the new location.
