Sage 50 2019.3 email issue

I have reinstalled Sage 50 2019.3 on a Dell laptop (Canadian Edition). Using Connection Manager v8.2.

Outlook email on the laptop is working without issues. Outlook email via Sage 50 is not working properly. In most cases it takes a long time until the email is being sent (about 1min).

However, the email send screen continue to work like it was not sent. It is giving an error after spinning for about 5min. From time to time (very seldom) it is actually working properly.
