Sage 50 CA Accountants Edition Starts to open and doesn't

Installed Sage 50 Accountants Edition on a new computer. Have been on with computer tech for 6 hours to try on get Sage 50 to open.......nothing.

I click to open sage 50. Says "Starting Sage 50. Please Wait......." and nothing happens is there a fix for this or is it the computer its self???

Does anyone have any suggestions?

1. Make sure all windows update is completed (check update , make sure nothing is pending, make sure you reboot and check update again once update is done)

2. right click on Sage icon from desktop run it as administrator, turn off firewall or anti virus security software temporary and try run sage , try to reinstall sage ,

3. Call Sage support line
