Can we please have the download link? I run a super small business and I bought Sage in 2017 but I need to reinstall windows and I never had the install disk, just a link...

Unfortunately Sage only carries the most recent editions of their software mainly 2021 and 2020 presently. We have the downloadable copies in our library. We do charge for this service though. This is ridiculous. We pay for a product (not yearly subscription) and Sage does can't even provide the download link. I don't need the new features of 20-21 I was extremely satisfied with my 2017. This is such a scam. 

You can check the download folder for Sage 50 to see if you find any original or update versions there

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download

You might also find the original download in the Windows default downloads folder for your computer.

Lastly, you can check the c:\Sage folder to see if it contains the original installation program still.

The last option and first option should put you back to the correct version you are currently running but only if you have haven't deleted them and if you still have access to those areas of your computer.  You can also go to Help, About Sage 50..., Support Info to find your serial number and other installation codes in case you didn't keep them either.

Wow thank you! It was in the c: sage folder. Agate, why had nobody suggested these options? I chatted with the tech support, called my account manager and nobody suggested these SIMPLE steps. This strategy to push new software sales is outrageous. I'm more than satisfied with the 2017 version that I fully paid for my SMALL business. I don't need the new versions.
