enable timeslips module

Question

Hello, 
 Currently I have a trial of SAGE 50 Pro Accounting Canadian edition, I'm trying to enable timeslips following this https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=11313&sliceId=1 . but the checkbox for Time & Billing in the feature section not appear for my installation. TimeSlips is available on any SAGE version?

 TimeSlips are available in the Premium and Quantum Editions.
