Easy way to enter data

So we usually get orders in a excel spreadsheet and an order might have 40 or 50 items. So to add to an invoice or quote you have to type in each number then quantity.

Is there an easier way?

The best would be if Sage 50 worked like the rest of windows and could copy and paste a column(s). Even if had to start a quote, enter client etc, then import csv containing the part numbers and quantity.

Solution must be in multi user mode
