Help with accountant's copy!

I don't know how to open my accountant's copy of my file. The icon is a filing cabinet, I click on it and just a bunch of files pop up which I can't open. What do I do to open it?

Also all my backups are the same icon and does the same thing.

When I was using 2013 SA, I was able to open my backups just my clicking on it.

did you try 'restoring' a CAB file ?

Hi there,

Normally to open a backup as suggested by Rogers L earlier you need to restore from backup. If you have a program that can unzip cab files double clicking on it can unzip the sai file and saj folder. Otherwise we recommend using the restore feature in the program.

This article should help opening the accountant’s copy (cab file).
