Hello, can you help me to understand how can I create an email today with a future issue data, and make sure that it will be sent authomatically on that future date? Thank you, Tancredi

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer to this question? Sounds like you're trying to set up a recurring transaction for an invoice.

    In Sage 50 Accounting, recurring transactions are transactions that you perform regularly, such as paying rent or utility bills. You can store these transactions and recall them when needed. Using recurring transactions saves you time and helps you avoid errors, because you don't have to repeatedly enter the same information.

    To add and store a recurring transaction:

    1. Enter the transaction as usual, but do not click Process.
    2. On the toolbar, click the Store as recurring transaction button Store as recurring transaction icon.
    3. In the Recurring transaction field, enter the name of the recurring transaction.
    4. From the list in the Frequency field, select how often this transaction normally occurs.
    5. Click OK.
