I am not certain of what you are asking but let me try. You have 10 entities (companies) and each one has its own dataset  When you update your Sage 50 program to a new version of the program you will need to update each company's data set separately. The data sets are not connected and cannot be updated with "one push of the button." Every company is stand alone, each just uses the same program. I carry many more data sets on my laptop and I have to open each one to bring them up to date on the program version. This is done when I first have entries to make after a program version update is processed.

Sorry, the simple answer is no you cannot update 10 companies all at one time.
