This sounds like a technical issue - rather than waiting for a fellow Sage user to volunteer to help you on this forum, you may want to contact Sage support and start the process of getting a technician to help you.

    Hi

Is this the only file having this issue and other files are fine, or you can open sample file but not your company file? If yes then this is data file issue.

If all files or sample file also have this issue, then Sage 50 is having issue, you might need repair or reinstall Sage 50

If this is a data issue, 1. check if you have recent backups that works (Make sure you do not overwrite your current file), 2. check SAJ folder see if there is anything unusual (compare sample or other files)

If you are not comfortable doing above suggestions, best contact Customer Support for assistance.

    Hope this helps
