You may want to try Clearing Window Positions in the file.

Take a backup of your file.

Then in the Sage 50 Program directory, you will find the Sage_SA_dbutil.exe program.  Run it on the file using the first checkbox.  You will need the sysadmin password.

Thank you for replying. I am fairly new to sage, could you you please clarify your answer a bit more? Where do I find the "Clearing Window Positions in the file"?

It's an option in the SAGE_SA_dbutil.exe program.  Run the program from the Sage 50 installation directory and you will see the option.
