Just a heads up that I do know there has been some issues with printers not working properly after the windows 11 update - so far it 'seems' to be the HP printers but I can't verify that. My computer- altho new - is not acceptable to windows 11 at the moment due to the Intel i5 processor.

Hi Robert, @Marj@Swab is correct, Sage 50 CA does not officially support being installed on Windows 11 yet.

When Windows 11 was released, Sage 50 CA version 2022 was already finalized. Most likely, it won't be until the 2023 release in the fall that a compatible version for Windows 11 is released. A few more details are available on this blog.
