Hi Martin:

I believe if you were using remote data access (RDA) your cloud data should still be in the cloud even if you didn't do any backups. However, when working with RDA when you stop sharing it creates a backup on your local computer. There may be some recoverable data on your dead laptop. If all else fails speak to Sage technical support to see if the data in the cloud is there and can be transferred to you.
